Smoked Trout

Roast-smoked sides of trout, richly flavoured and delicious. Trimmed and de-boned. Will serve 4 as a main course. May be warmed slightly before serving with new potatoes or simply flake over a salad.

Our new Trout Fillets! Now miniature versions of our LT. The skin is left on thus creating a moist succulent trout fillet. Lightly smoked, delicious as a main course or starter. May be served hot or cold and serves 2, or up to 4 as a starter.

Marinaded in whisky and brown sugar, then smoked long and slow over oak. Serve with brown bread, black pepper and lemon. Allow 2oz per person

Full flavoured pate made from hot-smoked trout, cream, lemon, horseradish and black pepper. Allow 2oz per person. Serve with melba toast or crusty bread with a squeeze of lemon and a crunch of black pepper.
