An excellent accompaniment for lamb, this jelly has a beautifully fresh, clean taste. It also makes a good addition to gravies or a glaze for new potatoes.

This jelly, and its wonderful combination of hot flavours, is delicious with any fish or white meat whether roasted or grilled. Mixed with vinegar it makes an outstanding dipping sauce. Ideal with our Hot Smoked Salmon Steaks (S8) and Smoked Chicken Breast (CB)

This traditional apple chutney has been transformed by the addition of a fair measure of Somerset Cider Brandy. It is an obvious partner for our local cheeses, pies and gammons. Perfect with our Baked Cheshire Ham (HM) and Smoked Pork Tenderloin (PL)

This excellent, authentic chutney is made for us in India using only fresh Mangoes. We think it is the best of its kind and is perfect with all hot curries or to make coronation chicken.

We make this traditional tracklement for turkey with whole berries, gently cooked with a liberal measure of good port to give it extra savour and intensity.

This colourful relish is made from a combination of fresh cucumber and red and green peppers. In the best tradition of "Bread and Butter" pickles it has a delicious sweet-sour tang.

This, the original Onion Marmalade, is enriched by the addition of redcurrant juice which makes it a marvelous accompaniment for pâtés, terrines and cheese. We think it is incomparable melted over sausages.
